I started with Some Owens thick sliced bacon, creme cheese mix and some BarS ham.

The creme cheese from (philbrook restaurant) was mixed with green onion, chives, shredded cheddar cheese fresh garlic and bacon bits.

I rolled up the creme cheese mix and place it on the ham.
Then rolled up the ham and wrapped in bacon.

Smoked them with some hickory at 225 for about 50min.

Then sliced for hors d'oeuvres

The garnished plate was the one took to the neighbors for a taste test.

Nice looking snacks....
The cheese looks like a cat hairball log before you rolled it up...
I'm sure it was really good though.
