these are just some smoked bone in breasts i did a couple of weeks ago after work.
just a lil blackened cajun seasoning an some hickory. the wood selection in my part of town sucks. this was also my very first fattie, well "not so fattie. it was about 3/4 of a susage roll and whatever cheese that was in the fridge at the time. and no bacon! hey i deal with what i got! go easy on me! oh well here ya go :sign0092:

i knew someone would ask! its a blckened seasoning ibought from a store i seriously cant remember where. its some rally cheap stuff called "cajun classiques" but i havent found anymore i any store so im gonna mak my own. its got salt, paprika, on pwdr, oeregano, tyme, gar pwdr, cayenne, & blk ppr. not sure of theamounts but im sure i can figureit ot. what with this new thing called the internet!:msn-wink: ill let you know what happens!
