My first fatty, I used some hot Italian sausage, some nice Peperoni, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, and some Pepperoncini and wrapped in bacon. It was very good. I will be making this again.....

Nice! It won't be your last fatty. Let your imagination run wild (I did with your avatar, lol, nice!). Pizza, philly steak, onions and peppers etc. It's hard to go wrong with a fatty. Keep posting. Great job!

:wow: I just read the Thread about the definition of a FATTY. I am very new to this BBQ game and have never done this sort of thing on the web. I love to show off the stuff I cook. On or Off the grill, but I live in the midwest and its cold so its hard to get the guys over with there lady's to hang out on the deck and try my cooking. Then I find this web site where you can cook at home and show it off on the web and get good advice, tip's and the oh so nice " AT A BOY " I have seen so many different type of " FATTYS " I thought I was right on with mine. I used the things I like and tried to be creative. I thought this is what this is all about, sharing your creations with everyone and learning somthing new. So sorry for working ouside the definition of the FATTY, hope I didint step on any toes. I would like to thank everyone for the good word about my work and for the information. I have learded a bunch in a very short time.......

Fatty is what you make it. Some folks just like the plain ol fatty, some go gormet with their fatty. The point is, its yours, do what you like and taste good.

Thanks Chargrilled! I guess that is the point of doing this is to enjoy what you cook and share it with others. Thanks everyone for the support.
I have a Perfect Flame upright beginner model. I want to do a Comp. in Sep. here in my home town and am looking to fix up an old off set I found. Its in sad shape but I have all the equip. I need in my shop to make her smoke again.

I wouldn't worry too awful much about strict definitions. If it looks good, you can call it a widget for all I care. Let those that want to be anal be anal and post some more pix.
