Bought some ground lamb on sale the other day. We were in a burger mood tonight, and since we had the lamb.....

Here's what we bought, prolly about 70/30 as best I could tell

A little dry mint, oregano, rosemary, garlic and some shredded young Mimolette cheese

Patties formed

Grilled and seared on one side ( pretty)

A little more Mimolette to melt

On the bun with a little Tzaziki

Then finally on the plate with some home cut fries and a Golden O or two

Prolly the best burger I ever pushed past my lips, and agreed to by the Okette.

A definite repeat.

Those look great. You beat me to the punch as I'm lazy I guess. I make meatballs with 1/3 lamb, beef, and pork and they are excellent. I have been wondering about doing some more with lamb. Meatballs is the only thing I've ever used it in. Burgers crossed my mind but I never did anyting with it.

After seeing this, you pushed me over the edge. Nice job :thumbs up:
