:cheer: :drooling:

Found out that isn't a Reuben, though. A Reuben uses corned beef. If it's made with pastrami, it's called a "Rachel".

Tim if it isn't to un-PC to ask, just how much do you weight? :misbehaving:

I know if I could cook like Tim, I wouldn't have an answer. They wouldn't have a scale large enough for me.

:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0: Let's just say that I was thinner in my youth.:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:

Or, I guess that most that know me would tell you that I'm a very well rounded individual.

One ting that I am vehemently against though is being poilitically correst, but then that's another whole thread, and I don't think politics are allowed here.:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:

I've seen a lot of pics of pit masters on these forums over the years and it seems all of us are a little short for our weight.
One thing's for sure; if cattle and hogs ever organize themselves, they'd have enough food for a million years if they only ate the people that smoked their ancestors.
Great looking SAMMIES though.

If I had not called Tim on the way home from Clinton, MO and happened to mention we were going to stop and pick up the makins for reubens y'all wouldn't be drooling over these pics.
Plant the seed and watch it grow. :D
(And we used corned beef from the deli and Jane's home made thousand island dressing)

I love a pastrami reuben so much I just started the brine a few minutes ago. More details in a couple of weeks. :(
