Way cool. By the way, about the best thing you can do for that new stone is to cook a whole slab of bacon on it to get it good and seasoned.

Good looking pie, the BGE does excellent pizza. Here's the last one I did:

The lump, but the plate setter went on with the stone:

Like Geek said, get that stone seasoned up and it just gets better. Great job :thumbs up:

Looks great Abelman! I can't wait till summer when I can get some more fresh herbs from my (small)garden to do some pies!

:wow: You have a Green Egg in your kitchen?!!!

Well, you did post this in the "In the Kitchen" forum.

You guys are tearing me up with the Pie pix.

What do youdo for crust?

I've never really gotten into making pizza dough ( I guess it's just not my thing), but I could really get into the pie thing if I knew what to do to get a good crust.

Great work Mike

For the crust it was just 3 cups AP Flour, 1 pack RR Yeast, 3/4 t salt and I added some honey and fresh rosemary. Very esay - not bad but I will try a new recipe next time. :)
