ok starten out mixed nuts with cayene and garlic powder going in christene for some apple somke bout an hours worth at 250* then i.ll kick her up to round 350*. this is a test for christene to bake bierock like snacks. this a bierock meat mixture in a bisquit grand type muffen and sprinkled with cheese.

Terry, that looks interesting. What kind of cheese do you use on those? Actually, could you tell us more about them, start to finish?

:cheer:the cheese on the bierock mixture is chedder and now that the nuts are being chowed down and the cold ones are flowing the red beans and rice are going in along with the shrimp wrapped in pig candy (bacon) and bierocks. more to come.

How do you pronounce that never heard of it, but then I live under a rock. Looks great. Will have something else to try now. I've learn so much from these forums. Everyone thinks I'm a genius thanks to you guys.:woohoo:

well i live under the same rock as a few others on here, they look really good,

hey buzzard its pronounced beer rocks get it lol.
its a combination of ground beef onion garlic cabbage pepper in a bread pocket. the meat mixture is up to your taste. the ones i made in this thread a throw off off the real things. my first time i made like this or ever smoked them.they were ok needed a little something. have to think about it befor i try it again.
