I know some of you have already seen this.....

I use my homemade steakhouse/pepper canadian bacon...

Sliced thick....then dredged in flour, dipped into an egg/milk wash and then back into the flour.
The bacon is seasoned enough, pepper and salt are not needed.

Fried til crispy...

I Fry up a couple of eggs...

Top a toasted english muffing with the crispy chicken fried bacon...

Add the eggs and smother with creamy gravy....

Probably not the healthiest breakfast...but it's tasty. :)

:thumbs up:Jeanie, looks absolutely great. I definately wouldn't have a problem sliding up to a plate of that. Or just put a top on each and hand them out the door as I go by, like drive thru. I'm sure Mc D's wouldn't hold a candle to one of those. :drooling::drooling:
