I know these may not be the best quality casseroles, they are under the Sam's Club label, Makers Mark. But for the price I couldn't pass them up. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif They had about 10-12 of these with damaged boxes sitting on an end shelf. Seems a forklift operator hit the skid with another skid and damaged them. The regular price is $ 38.72, but the ones in the damaged boxes were marked down to $16. I opened several boxes, some had some big chips in the enamel, finally I found one that I didn't see any chips and one with a small chip in the handle. So I quit looking and bought both of them. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I figure these will be good for using in the smoker or outside on the grill. :woohoo:

Never thought of using a Real pan in the smoker. I just use those throw away lightweight foil ones but they are getting pricey. How is clean up on something like that ?
