As most everyone knows I always cook a special dinner for Pam on her Birthday. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif So, here we go. http://www.texasbbqforum.com/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Always have to start with flowers and a card

Shrimp cocktail with spicy dipping sauce

Bacon wrapped Fillet Mignon, asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, Morrel mushrooms sauted in butter, dark Burgundy wine & garlic.
A souffle made with potato, mozzarella cheese, & crab meat, then a crusted top of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
A shrimp and a scallop scampi done with butter, white wine, garlic, and fresh chopped parsley. Served topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chives.

Baked hot apple surprise with a crumb topping. Served with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Served with a cup of Kona coffee.

Jim, I've said each of these before, but:

1. You are an amazing cook! Everything looks fantastic, and Pam is a very lucky lady. :thumbs up:
B. I would weigh 1000 pounds if I could cook anywhere near like you.
III. No way in heck Karen will ever see these pics. While she knows I couldn't cook or eat most of what you served here, it would get her mind running in dangerous ways.

Edit: Too late. She came in when I was checking new threads. She honed in on that title like the proverbial guided missile. It wasn't pretty.
