It finally arrived and it is a beaut! Went down David Klose's factory in Nov (was in FTW, Tx visiting pop) and met the man himself. Great guy and great place! Got the 20x42 with 1/2" firebox (for smoking when its 0*), 2nd grate, 8" wheels (to get it through the snow), a a few other extras. Time to season it. Coated the entire insides with peanut oil and gonna let it go for most of the day. Cant wait to use it!

After almost 9 hrs (started around 0800 hrs). Charcoal, peach, hickory, and cherry used. Had temps from 150* to 350*. Let it "cook" at 230* for most of the time.
