I think I'll do a Cajun style boned stuffed Yardbird. Anybody got any good ideas on sides?

I'll prolly make some cream gravy with it ( JUst cuz it's always so good).

What are you cooking, and what should I do for sides?

Some red beans and rice would make a real nice side especially if you have any left over pulled pork mixed in from the freezer. One of my favorites.

We're doing fillets with baked potatoes and sauted mushrooms.:thumbs up:

Some dirty rice or Orzo would go good with the chicken.

Just polished off a bowl of Venison Vindallo with some rice pilaf. Love that curry kick, and it goes well with veni.:thumbs up:

Cheezy smashed garlic taters, a tossed salad, and the chix
