Two of my grandsons spent the night Saturday (four gsons, four g daughters, and one ggson), and chicken is the only thing that both will eat. By the time they went home Sunday afternoon, Pawpaw was whipped.

They were amazed to know how french fries were really made. Gotta have a talk with my daughter.

This bird was great. That litle pop up thing works good too. It tripped at 168.

The more I use the Backwoods, the more I like it. Temps are super easy to maintain.

Thats as clean as that BW has been since new Curt!!:msn-wink::roflmaoha0:

Glad to hear yall had a good time at the CM ranch, see the lil guy has his chit kickers on, ready for action!!!

Good lookin chix, was wondering about the moisture of the bird? Esp breast meat. Been told a time or 2 to not wait for the plastic plunger thingy to pop as the bird could be over done and depend more on your own therm temps.

I wouldn't trust them either. Thats why I had my trusty OS probe on (in) the job.
