That is a great cooker. I especially like the fire box idea!

How long boes that one burn for?

Thanks. Depending on how full and what I fill it with ( lump, briquettes, or a50/50 mix ) without a Guru it usually will run 6-8 hours.

Now thats what I`m talking about. Start the smoker play a round of golf have some adult beverages and then serve the quests. Smokin should be stress free! You off today? We are getting blasted here. It is snowing at about an inch per hour.

Yes I'm off today.:D I grew up in Southern Illinois, so I feel for you about the snow. That's one thing I don't miss.:D It's foggy this morning, but will be around 80* today.:woohoo:

Just noticed your fire mat. I have a few of those scattered around the back deck. Here's a tip, don't make the mistake of thinking that you can light a chimney or burn a UDS on one.:blushing:
