Bubba, they really do look great. I'd sure eat 'em!

The reason I don't sauce my ribs is just my personal preference. As a matter of fact, I like mine more tender than most people do. I like them falling off of the bone without any "pull". The only ribs my wife has ever been able to eat and enjoy are mine when I cook them this way. As to saucing the ribs, I've just never tried it. I guess I should some time. I promise you that I've never had ribs come off of the smoker looking as picture perfect as yours!

That's odd, I neveer noticed that Blondie didn't have any teeth.:shrug:

Seriously though, if that's the way you like them, here's a great recipe:

Take one slab of ribs, place in 5 gallons of water and one ounce of liquid smoke

boil for 4 hours

Eat. :smack::smack::smack::roflmaoha0:

If you like them that way, you need to got to the new Santa Fe Steak House. Brett just threw a slab of ribs like that away over there tonight.

Great job Bubba. Have you ever thought of using some of your pix for Christmas cards?

Bubba (steve) - Glad you have dug out and are still smokin'.

Kevin - Don't let the Okie bother you, I like ribs as you say, too. No sauce, maybe a little bite.

It was the baby food aspect I was referring to, not the sauce Glen.
