Got hungry for some wings, so.....
I seasoned them with a pepper spice mix that has good heat to the mix.http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif Then put them in the smoker using pecan wood for smoke. When they were about 1/2 way done, I pulled them from the smoker and fried them in a cast iron pan in peanut oil til done. Then they went into a pot of hot sauce ( butter and Frank's hot sauce ) and coated them real good, then put them back into the smoker to set the sauce. Served them up with the extra sauce for dipping. Not the best lookin' wings I've done, but they tasted great.http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I like the hot sauce for dippin' most times. The wife sometimes likes ranch or blue cheese dressing.:D

As for napkins......I usually bring a wet wash cloth and a couple hand towels. I can get messy real quick eatin' wings.:msn-wink:

Not the best looking huh?
They sure look good to me! One of my favorites.
I like Louisiana Hot Sauce, butter and a little vinegar. Hotter the better I think.
Good eats Maynard!

Those are obviously not fit to eat, Send them to me immediately and i shall dispose of them properly and promptly.

Also, never underestimate the flavor potential of Cajun Power Garlic Sauce.
