they are tryin to make waves on my carry in Indiana. now that is some chit! I do have a 22 scoped comin my way and the Govt is going to have to explain why an American Citizen in this country would have to wait 3 friggin days in my state to buy a god blessed .22 rifle???????

Guess the folks that wrote that thing 300 yrs ago needed a friggin permit. WTF.

EVERYONE stand up for your rights cause no one else will!!!!!! NRA:thumbs up:

IMHO, it's like everything else of value. if you leave it sit out unprotected someone will take it, even if only because they can.

I don't think gun ownership is the only right in danger of being taken away, but I won't elaborate and run the risk of being chastised for breaching the non-politics rules of the forum.

Thanx for the post Paul. Spread the word everywhere you can.:thumbs up:

You are 10X more likely to get killed by a doctor making a mistake in surgery than by a legal firearm...maybe we should ban surgeries also:shrug:

I think we're OK with what we've posted Paul, but I think if I elaborated on the subject the way I'm inclined to, it would definitely become a political thread adnI think the rules say no politics ( for obvious reasons)

I gues if you haven't gotten any PMs from any mods or admin, you must've not done anything wrong.

As I understand, Aussies have pretty well had their gun ownership rights stripped. Maybe one of our Aussie members can attest to this. You would prolly find some imteresting reading in the Aussie Parliamentary Library (http://www.aph.gov.au/library/intguide/law/crimlaw.htm#firearms). Scroll down about halfway and you'll find what I'm referring to.

Then I guess I'll have to join the ranks of all the other illegal gun owners.

I think they'll have a real tough time taking the guns away from the Americans.

You mean the Americans that have been doing absolutely nothing but deny that there is a threat to gun ownership?

I think that may be a Pa thing. I think most Okies, Arkies and Texans are very well aware of the situation and ready to do battle if necessary.

Well PA and most other states; I would tend to agree Okies, Arkies and Texans are far less passive about this but I still doubt they will win the war. People who resist will be shot; it will be 0 tolerance.

Check out this video (actually 3 videos)

Shooting is in my blood, I was NRA Tri State Champion at 14 years of age. Back then I would cut a piece of paper in half with 1, .22 bullet at 50'; that's hitting the edge of the paper. Attained Expert Marksman in my late teens. I recently got back into it shooting .45 Cal Kimber 1911's. This really pisses me off.

This is 5 shots hand held

I don't think the general public has the stomach for watching a whole bunch of it's citizens being gunned down while attempting to protect their constitutional rights, and if need be, I will be one of the one's being gunned down. I would consider it my duty to my country and it's posterity to die protecting their rights.

JMHO, but I would be willing to bet that all those states that were shown in red during the last general election would be the ones with the most & fiercest resistance to enforced gun control. :tap:
