This is my site, www.HuntingdonCountyCustoms.com (http://www.HuntingdonCountyCustoms.com)

I'm a new metal fabrication shop (May of 08) and 2 of my main products are Custom cut grill grates and I also build a really tricked out BBQ grill/smoker from a Stainless Steel beer KEG.

About my grates, not only are they custom cut for every customer and guarantied one of a kind, they function better than any grate out there! My grates offer a non-stick surface when properly seasoned (think cast iron) and they hold heat while evenly distributing it. I can design and cut anything from simple grates to very detailed masterpieces!

I know what you are thinking, "I know all about a UDS and they are huge! I want something that is attractive to look at, cooks well, is efficient on coal, can be monitored from up to 100 ft away, and is custom hand fabricated from high grade stainless steel." Enter in the HuntingdonCountyCustoms.com KEG grill/smoker! This grill starts off well equipped to smoke up to 18hours from one chimney starter load of coals! You can use this KEG to Grill/Smoke/Steam/and Bake! (I think we even sold it to the wife with the last one!)

That's beautiful, Brian.

Hey, Tim. I think we just found a source for grates for your CharBroiler!

Brian, are you cutting these on a laser cutter or CNC or what?

I use a finecut tip on my cnc plasma machine. I can cut anything up to 20'x4' by 1.5inch thick.

Nice toys! Really nice!
But........ everything is so .......... clean.
Do you smoke or grill anything edible??? Use those toys???
That's what we're about and we enjoy seeing what the toys produce and how it was done. :D :msn-wink:

I was thinking of ordering a grate that said "Liquid Smoke" in reverse, so when you cooked up a porterhouse on a preheated grate, it would impress your guests.

I know how much you like that chit Brian.
