Worked late on the new house tonight so din had to be quick and easy. Pre marinated chicken kabobs, remarinated and reseasoned before grilling. I got a new camera yesterday, so I just had to use it and post pics here.

On the grill. I seared them on all sides and them moved them to the side of the fire to finish.

On the plate 20 minutes later.

I don't eat the peppers and onions as they are way to done by the time the chix is done, but they still add lots of flavor. Turned out great for a twenty minute meal.:msn-wink::thumbs up:

I'll eat them overcooked veggies!

Looks great Curt. What was the seasoning/marinade?

Looks like I can see mustard seeds in it.

Looks good!

For next time you could separate the meat and the veggies so that you can better control the timing. That way when the veggies are done you can pull them and let the meat finish.

Just a thought.

:thumbs up: Good kabobs, Curt! Even if you did overcook the veggies. :msn-wink: :roflmaoha0:

What did you do for marinating/reseasoning?

For me, the peppers and onions aren't usually cooked through when I do kabobs. They tend to come out a bit crunchy, which I like, but turns some folks off. As for tomatoes, they always get a separate skewer and go on almost as everything else comes off.

Marinade was Stubbs Chicken marinade. I just added some more garlic, and pepper for a little extra flavor.
