I came home from work and really should have changed the brake pads and rotors on my car but decided to do some cookin instead with my kids.

This is a easy fix that I taught the kids without the use of a stove. It might be good for some of you that have businesses but no kitchen.Just need a microwave and a toaster.I really just wanted to teach them how to make something for themselves without worrying about them burning the house down.

Here is all the ingredients

Start your english muffin in the toaster.
Spray the one cup pyrex bowl with butter flavored pam.
Crack one egg into it with a little water and scramble.
Put in the microwave for one minute (time could vary with yours)
Butter english muffin.
Place slice of cheese on muffin.
Take bowl out of microwave(careful might be hot)
Turn it over onto the cheese.
Add a few slices of Ham or Bacon.

Looks good!

My wife used to make them in a skillet. Then she saw an EggMcMuffin maker at Walmart or somewhere and bought it. Worked ok but to much hassle. Dont even know where it is anymore.
