Right before that last one is where I got flipped off.

And then I got yelled at later, cuz the kids snarfed by "bbq" loaf and turned their nose at her rice/pepper/flavorless mixture

I can eat, but this is my normal weeknight dinner.

Bagel breakfast, work straight through 7am-3:30pm, home by 5pm, cook dinner, eat, then relax for a few hours and start over. Alarm dinger at 4:45am, train into city before 6am, like a farking lemming into a fire.

I feel like cattle, or sheep, some mornings. 1,100 people get off the train with me, and one pulls in every 5 minutes for 2 hours from different directions.

Cooking dinner, and maybe a drink or two, are my only "peace"

Great lookin eats there bro!!!!

I feel your pain on the Chi town daily grind thing. I worked in the city for a year fresh outta college and thought it was great. After a week I knew it wouldnt last (or at least me in the rat race wouldnt last!), took 3 hrs to calm down after the freekin drive home (not to mention a 12pack). Finally got a better job in NW Indiana, moved here, married and have never looked back. I only brave the city for Cubs games once in awhile, and the burbs to come by and Q with ya sometime.:msn-wink:

Kettle meat loaf is my all time favorite. I throw some oscar meyer cheese dogs in there once in a while just to change it up a bit

That's a great idea Sled. Might get the kids more interested if I mix it up a bit.

My goofy 16yr old won't eat hot dogs, bratwurst, or polish (or any sausage) after one of her dipchit instructors told her they grind up nothing but chit meat for sausage.

I don't have the heart to tell her that all this meat loaf, all the burgers, etc, are just sausage without a casing.

Stupid kids!
