Excellent pics and super job. But I'm wondering about the groom. If he "was" Scottish - What is he now? And the beer garden looked to be a little on the hard side - kewl!

:thumbs up: Very cool.

Do you do the tables and chairs and the whole set up, or just the cooking?

I am curious as well Bubba. How involved/detailed is the catering. Just the cooking and setting the food out? Or are ya'll setting up everything?

All looks great by the way:kewlpics:

Never had BBQ?????:smack: I guess that's a cultural difference I tend to forget about sometimes.

Looks like it was good deal all the way around. Did the band play the groundhog day song? "PENNSYLVANIA POLKA"

I'm interested as well to see how well he liked the Q.:eating:

We cooked all the food and set up the serving tables.

Tent co. does tent, tables and chairs.

Food was a hit and yes we made "a couple" bucks. :msn-wink:

Only question I have is,
What is a McDonalds cup doing on a smoker like that? It just seems there should be a beer can in that place. That just aint right!!! LOL

Since your fairly new Hog, most people would know that it's actually Jim Beam and Pepsi undercover!! :roflmaoha0:
