Loaded up the MES with some Sharp Chedder, Pepper Jack, Guda, and Danish Fontina....

i see the pic of the smoke pistol but i dont get it what is it were did it go, i know im still new to this but i cant see it in the smoker, and now im confused???:blushing:

It hangs on the side of the smoker and, through a hole, using
cartriges applies smoke without the heat. Runs on an AC adapter.

man we need better Q/bbq stores up here:lightbulb: if i ever get the nuts to quit my job thats what i'll do, well maybe a small store of my own plus all the q stuff one needs and a bistro/dinner or lunch place :shrug:
