I needed another cooker like another hole in my head. But I pulled the trigger on a Grilla Grills Silverbac. So far it has done a terrific job. It is a tad heavier material than the Traeger without a possible fire issue. It costs less too. Overall I'm happy but haven't put it to a long haul cook yet.

I have cooked a few things, already posted. Last night I worked in a rib roast that I'll post. It'll be the best meal in the plant tonight I guarantee!
