That's a non used spice cabinet if I ever saw one! Way too neat, and it's not overflowing.:roflmaoha0::roflmaoha0:

I see Crystal pure hot sauce and Accent MSG. Anything else in there that I might have in mine?

The labels and organization is my wifes work. LOL Mine is the rats nest that I mentioned.

Anyhow, all the standard stuff is there from Kosher salt to granulated garlic........I'll see if I can hit my wife up for a typed inventory. LOL

OK, don't laugh. (I envy your organization, FBJ.)

General spices are in the our pantry cabinet. I plan on making a rack or something for those bottles. It's a bear to always dig for that final spice, especially since it's always in the back or has fallen over.

My rubs and some small grilling stuff are in the small cabinet over the stove. Rubs on one side. Salsas, sauces, and small stuff on the other.

We didn't have enough room in the spice cabinet with all the baking and other cooking stuff, but here is my makeshift rack for cooking outside:

http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e129/Nauti-Que/SpiceRack1.jpg

Note: The old bay is there because my wife uses it for crab cakes. There is NO WAY that I would use this stuff with my seafood! I have to stick with the old Zat! ;)

You bet !

Portioned in this order:

Salt
Fine ground black pepper
Garlic powder
ground oregano
msg

I just eyeball it. You can add and compare by appearance side by side with the real thing.

If you even get close, you won't be able to tell the difference.

I think there's a thread about that somewhere around here. But I could be wrong.

My cabinets look about the same. I've added some more bottles, but it's still too full to see anything. Rubs to the left; sauces, salsas, and small stuff to the right. Generic bottled spiced too buried to find in the pantry cabinet. :blushing:

The sorta little brown container is called Snouter Powder by Grill Daddy's. Came from The BBQ Store (http://www.thekansascitybbqstore.com/) in Kansas City. Kewl store for sure

The white stuff in the pepper contain is not pepper for sure ... it's salt. I know I should take the label off to avoid confusion ... but I like to be confused.
