The Weber kettle is nothing new except new to me is the nice ash catcher bottom.

Next a special grate that is an option for supporting more accessories as in the Beer Can Chicken type accessory.

All stainless veggie + beer can support

And a flip over basket for delicate fish filets

Note to self: Get welder's gloves tomorrow.

Last but not least the ABT rack. Might need two of these. One is just about right for me. :msn-wink:

Good ol' Weber Kettle is hard to beat, especially for the money. Cool accessories too. Lots of Weber brand as well as others designed to work with the Kettle. Nice!!:thumbs up::thumbs up::thumbs up:

Thanks for posting pics of your toys B.J. Now show them to us getting dirty. :thumbs up:Do I dare post the Chicken Grease photos tomorrow?:msn-wink: Got to cook that bird as it will be thawed by noon. Need apple juice for the can. Trying to figure a way to put a butt over the can but no idea yet. That would keep me out of trouble.:blushing:

De-bone it and use the hole to put it on the can or buy a boneless and tie it around the can.

I suggest getting a CI grate (IMO a must have)

and a rotisserie

Thanks for the info on the cast iron grate. Been looking for one. I have already planned on the rotisserre for doing whole chickens and whole pineapples and even just plain apples. That cast iron grate would go well with my old, old deep cast iron skillet and cast iron Dutch oven.:sign0092:
