I believe i got my smoker figured out .I can get a good stall point for the meats i cook.The magic number is 220 degree on 2 sticks of hickory ,with the vent's 1/2 way open on the fire box.
My cook temp is 260 degree solid time for a few hr's.

Q - REAPER BBQ !! Is all good to go.All seasoned out .And more to come .

Iv'e Smoked and Cooked on it everyday since i've had it .

Im impressed with the way it hold's temp's real well .

Zone 1 near the fire box is the hot spot @ 260 degree .
Zone 2 at the other end is 255 degree.

The char grill on the back hold's good temp to all the way up to 550 degree if needed for searing brisket in direct flame ,with door propped up ,3 stick's of hickory .

It's almost like a blast furnace in the char grill.

Got some brisket flats on now .

Ive already ordered a twin 500 gal each side ,with the same set up and char grill on the back .

Will be a sink and more work area .
3 fish fryer's .
a wood storage box
course the fire box starter's and a starter on the chargrill.

I isn't done yet .My wife thinks I'm crazy :roflmaoha0:Gotta find something to do that I'm bored to death .

I'e got a surprise cook coming .it will be darn good .:thumbs up:
