My own homemade sauce on top of it .It's jam up delicious /

5 lbs venison mix

1- lb good bacon
3- lbs beef fat
1-lb pork

1- tsp garlic
2 -eggs
1- lrg vidalia onion
2- tsp kosher salt
1-tsp ceyene pepper
2- tsp Rubbed Sage
1 -tsp white pepper
1 can meatloaf mix
1 to 2 cups of italian bread crumbs

Grind all together in grinder.



Red Sauce
3 cups ketchup
1 cup light brown sugar

cook meatloaf to 140degree ,then ad sauce the last 20 minutes.
