Okay to start I have BLOWN UP in the catering thing around here.
My question is I just booked a gig for a wedding 150-160 for brisket, pulledpork, chicken, tater salad, slaw, smoked beans.. You get it the works.
The ODD think is I also have to BBQ for 10 Vegans.. I was told just to work it out by the bride she was not too worried about them.
So me with my name on the line and potential Vegan BBQ gigs I want to rock this as well as I will rock the rest....
So I am asking you all any ideas you can help me with?

Shiz,I haven't tried this but it sounds o.k. for something that doesn't have meat or dairy.LOL:roflmaoha0:

Recipe # 2 (Burger)

Ingredients
Walnuts (1 Cup, Soaked)
Sundried Tomatoes (1/4 Cup, Soaked)
1 Garlic clove
1/2 Jalapeņo/any other pepper
1 Tbs Miso
Water
PreparationTake all the ingredients and put them in a processor.
Grind by using minimal water (depending on how much water is left in the tomatoes and walnuts)
It should be of a thick consistency and to eliminate all lumps from it.
Now form patties of this on dehydrator sheets that are non-sticky.
Let this dry on the dehydrator sheet for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve with bread or with lettuce.

I have never cooked a Veterinarian I wonder if they taste like brussle sprouts or asparagus:ack2: Sorry it's all I got. I refuse to support that stupidity.

Looking around I came across a couple of vegan burger ideas. Instead of copying the recipes I'll just give you a quick link.
