After seeing all the great grilled dinners the last couple days, Pam said she was hungry for some thick lamb chops. So I got some 2" thick chops cut. They look like T-Bones or Porterhouse cuts.

Fired up the Keg & threw in a small chunk of pecan & a piece of apple for flavor

I know what is on my menu sometime in the next couple days. I have three or four rack of lamb in the freezer that I keep forgetting about . Thank you for the reminder
