Ok, so here we go on some more cooks on the Pellet Pro WSM conversion.

Some comp brisket points started out in pans. 350* Cherry pellets.

R) Premium Proteins American Wagyu

160* internal and into foil

3.5 hours total cook time then into the Cambro

Absolutely beautiful slices bro! Did you end up with a personal preference on the two different points? They sure do look delicious!

We wolfed down the Wagyu point, the Angus will grace a pot of Hog Apple beans!
