View Full Version : Quick Mexican Casserole

1 can tamales (frexh if you can get em')
1 can refried beans
1 can corn (fresh is better)
1 can chili (homade if you can)
1 1/2 cups pf shreaded cheese

Preheat oven to 350*. Shuck tamales.
Place all ingredients layered as written in greased casserole dish.
Heat until bubbling and cheese is melted.
Serve with crackeres (blah) or tortillas.

Sounds interesting with the tamales. I wonder if the parts were preheated in the smoker if it would be just as good? Then combine and heat until the cheese is melted and smoked?

Just a thought.

Looks like drum material to me! Kick it up to 350F and put 'er on. Bet this would be good with smoky flavor added.
That's not to say it wouldn't be good as-is! The tamales are the thing!
