Fired up the small offset and put two corned beef flats rubbed with peppercorns and coriander on. Got a Boston Butt on too. Ribs and other stuff later.

Added a honey praline turkey breast to the smoke for a little while. Ribs go on soon.

Cause it don't fit the meat forums. I had three different types of meat. I cooked all this on a stick burner. Sorry to cause problems!
