I have this one. http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/71526?productId=1194745&subrnd=0&qs=3016887_pmd_google_pla

Couldn't be happier. I sharpened one of your knives with it.

Either of the ones you are considering will likely be a step up from mine, so I'd guess both are great. Go for the best price?

I like the idea of the adjustable angle on the Chef's Choice M1520. I think that would be handy. I have a few knives that I still hand sharpen because of the smaller angle.
I know either of these models are a big step up from the Chef's Choice 110 that I have been using for several years. I have been happy with it, so I'm sure either will serve you well.

Jim makes a good point about the angle adjustability of the 1520. That's nice if you need it. I personally don't, but something to consider if you own or plan to own blades that need differing angles.

The M130 I have has been working fine but if I would have known about te better models with adjustable angle I would have purchase one.
