Boil one 16 oz box of elbow macaroni, put in large aluminum pan and add 2 cups of heavy cream, one stick butter, one 8 oz package shredded cojack cheese, one cup parmesan cheese, 20 cheddar cheese cubes, one chopped green, red and yellow pepper and 8 strips of bacon (fried and crumbled).

Mix together and smoke until desired doneness and cheese is melted through. Salt@pepper taste..
