So what is the deal with Cain's spices? I have seen them in the local market seemingly forever. I know Cain's Coffee Company started in Oklahoma City but I understand they were bought and sold and bought and sold.... A buddy of mine said he uses their BBQ seasoning as his rub. Are they still a local (Oklahoma) company? Can anyone speak to the quality of their spices?

So I received an email from a fellow from the Spice Products Company. http://www.spiceproductsusa.com/
They confirmed they are inded owned by Farmer's Brothers Company. FYI

I have used Cain's black pepper, but that is about all.

Do we have a good resource for spices in the Tulsa area?

I guess it depends on what you want. The east Indian groceries have a lot of spices at good prices as well as the Asian markets.

Then there is the Spiceology store at The Farm center.

I usually order online for bulk spices.
