A nice twist on the standard deviled egg.
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Mayo
Jalapeno mustard
4 slices cooked bacon chopped or crumbled up
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
4.25oz can of Deviled Ham
Plus a handful of chopped pecans adds a nice touch

That's it. Mix all this junk together with the yolks and pipe into the eggs..Refrigerate and be amazed.

That's kind of hard.
The mayo might be a cup+ or-. The mustard (jalapeno or Dijon) a big squirt, maybe 2 or 3 TBS. Its all kind of a texture thing.
The cayenne is hard to say too. I put about a tsp.
Paprika, just dust the tops.
I know this is not much help, but just taste as you go.
Do 10 or 12 eggs and start with this. You will not be sorry.

Looking back at this I think a cup of mayo is too much. I think I would start with a half cup.
