You guys and gals, play with your pumps, hoses and tubes.
Mine takes 5 minutes to build, costs $0.00 and you're good to go.

Grab a #10 or coffee can. Knock or drill some holes in it.
I ran out of gas on the fish cooker, so had to use the torch to light it.

Great way to season and clean cast iron. Smoke baby, smoke.

Use the # of briquettes and lump to control your smoker temps. CI skillet is the damper.
Patent pending. :msn-wink:

Thanks Pig Cicles. Always KISS

John, those were chips to get smoke to where you could see it in the pic. Chunks won't produce that much smoke.

Leave you alone for 5 minutes, and look at what you do. Much better than $50.00 for an amaze. Very nice buddy.

Wished they made a short stainless steel chimney.
Line the bottom w/heavy duty foil as well as the vent holes on the side.
Poke a couple small holes in the foil and you would have something similar.

All my coffee comes in plastic containers now days.

Does anything come in steel cans any more? I guess beans.

Check with a local restaurant. They should have plenty of #10 cans. You may have to tell them to save you one and not cut out the bottom.
My coffee comes in a steel can. I buy the GV Dark Roast from WM in the big can. Don't laugh, it tastes just like Yuban, and is half the price.

Now that's the way to do it, the way people have always done these things. "Improvise" That's how it was done in the old country and in this country in the old days. :thumbs up:

BTW did you smoke any cheese?

It's a Marine Corps thing. Do something with nothing.:msn-wink:
Yep, I did.
