I never smoked these before so I figured I would try some.
Picked them up a few weeks ago and froze them.

I'm doing one with Jeff's Rub, one with Durkees Chic & Rib Rub and one plain. I just split some fire wood and I'm using some small strips of Cherry wood. My first time using cherry.

Very Moist and nice taste. The Cherry wood is a nice soft smoke flavor. I put some Sweet Baby Rays on the plain rack.

Seaham, those look great. How was the taste of the different rubs, and the one that didn't receive a rub? I'm betting they were all quite good!

The no rub rack were good, but I like lots of flavor so I had too add the sauce. My wife like plain ribs with sauce added.
The other 2 with rubs were very good with some nice flavor. I use those 2 rubs all the time and like them both, but the Durkees is my fav of all time.
