Well , not really , but they are growing :thumbs up:

Not sure what these are, may be japs ,:msn-wink: Still standing up , kinda cute like :

Got a few more hab plants and some plants the nice asian lady at the farmers market suggested :msn-wink: " You like HOT pepper ? Try these , veerrry hot pepper , you will like , very hot " :sign0092: I think they are those tiny lil red peppers you get with the hot chinese take out , you know the ones , leave a mark on the way in and also the way out :wow:

I always get huge habs down here. I think they like the weather. I also grow some in pots under the pool cage and those really get big, I guess the screen gives more of a steady temp...........don't know for sure.......just get monsters out of the pot (that didn't sound good)

I've grown habs here in central illinois. They always seem to take off in August, and are ready to pick in sept. Is that the way they are where you're at?

Thai bird peppers, prolific little buggers, and score high on the Scoville list.

They won't do much until the temps get up near 90 and up. My plants don't even grow much until it gets hot out. We get 2 major crops per plant, one in august, and a bigger one in late Sept-early August.
