Not sure if everyone will agree, but these Boneless Kobe Ribeyes, bathed in Moores Marinade and dusted with Salt Grass 7 Steak Spice, grilled on my Genesis over a lone Grill Grate, made me break out the camera!

The Weber has cast iron grates, but the damp Pacific Northwest climate wreaks havoc on them. No amount of cleaning or seasoning keeps them from flaking.
So, I picked up a couple sets of Grill Grates and really love the way they work.

Enjoy!

Those grill marks look DEEElicious! Since it is brunch time paired with some hash browns and some sunny side ups would make my day.:msn-wink:

It is good! I use it sparingly, hoping to order more online, but it doesn't appear they have store?
