“Italian Sausage Bites”, same recipe as last time just a different method of preparing, I think some folks will like this method.

Here's the Link to the Original Post. (http://www.theqjoint.com/forum/showthread.php?10566-Italian-Sausage-Bites&highlight=italian)

Next time I do these I am going to add sun dried tomato to the top then cover witch cheese and a batch that way topped with an olive.

Hopefully the pictures will be enough information and I can save my long winded post for my New Years Smoke Post that I am working on.

Italian sausage and bacon ... how can that be a bad combo?? I bet they are delicious little treats that never last long enough. Thanks for sharing it with us buster.

These were excellent with the other method, this looks much more efficient and neater! Gotta get another mini muffin tin. Great weather here for January, so I'll be doing these and the pork candy ones again this weekend for the playoffs! These things rock! Thanks for sharing! :cheers2:

I think I'll like this variation on the assembly! I made these twice over the holidays and it was quite an ordeal to put a couple dozen of these together, but definately worth the effort. Takes a lot less time to devour them than to build them!! That's quite a chunk of cheese you top those off with.
