This recipe will work on all kinds of nuts. I like it hot and this ain't sissy sauce so beware! Try it if you dare :D

I small bottle of habanero tabasco sauce
1/4 cup of pickled jalapeņo juice
2 TB butter
1 1/2 pounds almonds
Soileaus seasoning to taste

Melt your butter and add the jalapeņo juice and the tabasco. Mix the sauce and the nuts well until all the nuts are evenly covered. You can let them sit 10-15 minutes or you can put them into a vacuum canister for 5 minutes. Once on the racks i sprinkle the soileaus on them. I smoked mine on the MAK for two hours and then let them cool in a brown paper bag. If the next day their still not crunchy then just put them in your oven or dehydrator until they dry fully.

I did almonds and pistachios this time. Add a cold adult beverage and you're set!
