Looks like brisket, ribs, and a fatty. Not necessarily in that order....I know, large pictures....Wish I had some of that new rub to try, LOL...

All in all a successful day, and I wish I had that smell vision for you. Guru was great and I really love my Extended Party! I think the Okie has them on sale, not sure you can bring them home for $500, but give it a shot, the Okie is top shelf in my book!

We have family from Tennessee in with us this weekend. We fed 14 tonight, and no one went home hungry. Even managed to have a few left overs....

Cook the brisket IN the juices, not over them. Brisket is a braising cut.:msn-wink:

Is that a fatty or a meat loaf? sure would like to see a slice shot of it! Real nice weave!

Thanks for the tip Tim! Actually this was the first whole brisket that I have done. My MES was too small to do a whole brisket, so I mostly did flats.

Sorry no pics of the sliced brisket or the fatty. It was gone before we got the camera out...
